Our services are entirely flexible and bespoke. We begin by listening, and we tailor every engagement to the size, nature and ambitions of the organisation in front of us. We set our fees and costs in the same spirit, scaled sensibly to each client rather than to a fixed price list.
Every engagement runs as one continuous piece of work. We listen, agree what is genuinely worth building, and then build it, with the same senior people involved from the first conversation to the last.

Strategic advice
An honest assessment before anything is committed to. Often our advice is that a particular idea is not worth building, and this is the cheapest stage at which to hear it.

Thoughtful design
Designed around how your organisation actually works and what you need it to do. Where it helps, you see a working sandbox early, so you will know quickly whether it fits.

Full implementation
Our work spans an unusually wide range: at one end technical legal AI and support for complex business operations, at the other lighter and friendlier tools for smaller organisations. Delivery runs through Portlaw Projects, with a live roadmap and a workspace of your own for documents, milestones and secure file sharing.

Sector support
We care especially about small and medium sized enterprises, and we offer dedicated support for sectors not usually associated with AI: craft makers, arts and heritage groups, and museums. Many assume this belongs only to large technology companies, and we are glad to show otherwise.
We hold a thoughtful outlook towards Irish cultural heritage and its protection and preservation. For small organisations in the Irish heritage not-for-profit sector we will gladly consider special rates, and in exceptional cases we will undertake work on a pro bono basis. We are able to do this by drawing on our success in the wider commercial market, for the benefit of the country our company loves and thrives in.
